when you take your eyes off the goal.

About Me

Homework

On going homework throughout the school year:  Students should engage in 4 days of physical activity each week.  If a student has PE twice one week than they should be working out at home and logging it on their activity log.  If a student has PE three times one week than they should workout once.  These workouts should include strength training (10 reps of class exercises or resisstance training) and 15 minutes of  a cardiovascular workout such as jogging, treadmill, swimming laps, rollerblading, cycling, etc...  Don't forget to take your RHR and AHR's.  Both the in class workouts and homework information are recorded on their log and then the student will graph their data.  These logs are collected approxiamately every three weeks.
